Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
1.5 pounds fresh tuna
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 scallions chopped
2 inches of ginger root (finely diced)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground pepper
canola oil spray

First things first, clean your grill and preheat on a high flame

Preparation
Trim off bloodline / dark pieces of meat
Cut into bite sized chunks
Place in food processor
Pulse a few times until roughly ground

Cooking

Add Garlic, soy, sesame oil, scallions, ginger root, salt and ground pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Mix wonderful flavors by hand with the ground tuna.
note: do not let tuna marinate for too long

Form mixture into half inch think patties.

Spray canola oil on both sides of patties.

Place patties on hot grill for 2 minutes on each side.
perfect for sushi grade burgers

Compliment burgers with avocado and mayonnaise.
mix 3 chopped avocado with 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Place on bulky roll, garnish and serve!
