Lynn’s Sea Bass

1 tablespoon shallot minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
5 teaspoons olive oil
2 sea bass filets

preheat oven 500*

~Combine first 5 ingredients and slowly whisk in 3tsp of the oil and season sauce with kosher salt and fresh black pepper.
~Brush pie dish with the last 2 tsp of oil, and coat both sides of fish.  Season fillets with kosher salt and fresh pepper.  Spoon 1-2 tbs of sauce over each fillet.  Roast fish until opaque in center, about 12 minutes.  When out of oven, top fish with 1 tablespoon (or more if you like) of reserved sauce.
